1. PAYMENT

We accept payment such as Credit Cards. All payments are secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

Aliciaswim.com processes payment through MIPS MyPay who does not store card details. MIPS My Pay is a PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant payment ecosystem.

When you choose an online payment option, your card information is securely processed through the payment gateway of our bank partner.

Rest assured that your card is safely encrypted as it travels over the Internet.

Important: It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify, under 48 hours, that payment corresponds to what should have been paid and that payment has well been done. No reclamation can be made to MIPS/Alicia Swim after 48 hours.

2. RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Alicia Swim offers store credits for purchases made on our website. If you find your order isn’t fitting quite right and would like to exchange it, we are more than happy to issue you a store credit to the value of your order (minus original shipping charges), and then you can then reorder a new style, color, and size.

Please note that we cannot make any exceptions for a refund due to your exchange item being out of stock.

Upon receiving the original item(s), store credits will be issued via email within 2 to 3 business days.

All sale items are final, we do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotions.

By signing up to our mailing list, you will receive discount codes and promotions from time to time; however, any orders made prior to a sale are not negotiable for a percentage of a refund once a sale commences.

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Alicia Swim for an exchange or refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us. If you request an EXCHANGE however, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item out to you again. 

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled. In the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at contact@aliciaswim.com as soon as possible so we can start the exchange process. If you have a faulty item please make sure you enclose your original invoice (printed off your online order), along with a description of the fault. Alicia Swim will bear the return shipping costs, so please include a copy of your postage receipt and we will reimburse you if we deem the item to be faulty. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the exchange, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery. Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and if we deem it to be faulty, you will be given a store credit so you can repurchase from our online store.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer a flat rate of $16 for shipping to anywhere in world. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

For most orders, we use Aramex Express Worldwide Shipping.

Orders typically arrive in 2–6 business days from date of purchase confirmation. (Time in transit excludes clearance at destination, if any).

 Please note:

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay, which may affect your delivery time frame

Please allow for 1-2 working days to pick and pack your order

We CANNOT send to PO BOX addresses

Our shipping provider requires someone to sign on delivery; if you are not home we suggest you leave a note on your door leaving signed permission for the shipper to leave the package in your letterbox.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?

You will receive an email on confirmation of your order.

Another email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Alicia Swim takes all necessary steps to facilitate customers being exempt from custom and duties taxes, however cannot guarantee this. Please email contact@aliciaswim.com if you require us to provide specific details to your order and commercial invoice.

Duties, taxes and other compulsory payments received shall all be paid in full by the customer.

ALICIA SWIM WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOM/DUTIES TAXES ENFORCED BY YOUR RESIDING COUNTRY.
