A Magical Day with Alicia in St. Tropez
30- 6:00 AM – I wake up early and enjoy the beautiful sunrise while taking a moment to reflect and journal.
30 – 7:00 AM – My partner and I drive on a Vespa to the St. Tropez market to buy local produce, such as fresh fruits and vegetables for breakfast.
00 AM – We enjoy breakfast outside together, I also make my signature Matcha with almond milk for us. (By the way we both don’t drink coffee!)
“We spend the most idyllic time on the boat, going for refreshing swims to nearby beaches in the crystal clear waters.”
00 – 9:30 PM – I prepare a picnic for us to take on the boat trip to Porquerolles. Fresh artisan bread from Aux deux Fréres a local bakery, some Avocado and ripe tomatoes and a bottle of Rosé to indulge for lunch!
00 PM – Before departing to the port for Porquerolles we stop by Loulou’s in Ramatuelle, where I am selling my swim line! I have a quick chat with the buyer and assist in merchandising the collection, while taking some pictures for social media.
00- 18:00 PM– We spend the most idyllic time on the boat, going for refreshing swims to beaches in the crystal clear waters. Enjoying our fresh lunch, having a glass of chilled Rosé while playing board games in the afternoon. Treating ourselves to some ice-cream on the beach before we depart back to St. Tropez.
30 – 19:30 PM – I practice some grounding yoga outside in my chic Ernest Leoty onesie. If it is not too hot we also play some tennis together for some fun cardio!
00 PM – I jump into the shower and get ready for dinner, usually I will wear something summery and breezy and go for a minimal makeup look.
30 – 22:00 PM – We either go for a romantic sunset dinner at Le Yaca or enjoy some crepes at the port for a more causal evening.
00 – 22:30 PM – We will go for an after dinner stroll around the picturesque old town or the port, before heading home.
00 PM It’s time to get ready for bed! Before falling asleep, I apply MZ Retinol skin booster. Sometimes I will do an evening meditation to wind down as well. It is crucial to have a good’s night rest to enjoy the next day to the fullest!
